Setting temperature units from front panel on Weller WRS 1002?

Hi,  I have a Weller WRS 1002 rework station (soldering/desoldering).  I can set many operating parameters from the front panel such as tip temperature, air volume, setback time, temperature offset, and pump delay.  Using the WCB1 or WCB2 programming tool, it is also possible to set additional parameters such as temperature units to display as degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.  I don't have a WCB programming tool so does anyone know if it is possible to change the temperature units from the front panel keyboard?  If not, is the communications protocol used by the WCB programming tool documented?
