soldering with hot air and dispenser

Hi,

I'm looking for a decent hot  air gun for smd soldering and desoldering. Actually, my idea for soldering was to get a solder paste dispenser, place the components and then use hot air to solder, so I don't have to care about all the soldering pencils, tweezers and stuff like that. Also, for desoldering, I heat up the chips I wanted to desolder and then I'll pick them up with a tweezer...

The main problem, is that I don't know what to buy as an alternative to the atten 858D station, also I've read some interesting news about hot air station I wanted to discuss... Also more importantly with a setup like that what could possibly go wrong? Does anyone have experience with this setup?
