Teardown of 70s Burr-Brown Thick-film Hybrids

In the late 70s, as a publicity gimmick Burr-Brown distributed a calendar of the some of their ICs' internals. For no reason other than the pictures are pretty in themselves, I kept them. Now I’ve finally got round to crudely digitising them. For the curious, I've put them here:

As you can see, some of them were "torn down" with a hacksaw!
There's a little other 70s vintage homebrew stuff there as well.

There are lies, damned lies, statistics - and ADC/DAC specs.

i like those and 70's gear because you can see shiney metal traces, so its fun to look at and it feels like an "electronic device". Coatings... blah

Two are clearly isolators (

, the second one probably power), this one I guess is a DAC (
https://entertaininghacks.wordpress.com/2015/07/07/images-of-late-70s-burr-brown-thick-film-hybrid-ics/jpeg-9/#main
), mostly because I've heard of such systems - two different dies, one for the fine analog stuff, one for the nasty digital stuff in one pack, and it has 14 (typical resolution of precision DACs) lines going to the other die in a similar fashion, this one (

) could be an op amp?
