I was searching around tonight, looking for any information on USB 3.1 Gen 2 hubs. Something that I could plug into my computer with a Type A or Type C connector (since my motherboard has 3.1 gen 2 support) that would break out that connection to 4+ USB 3.1 gen 2 ports. I understand that if such a product existed that it would only be sharing the 10 Gbps bandwidth across all the ports simultaneously.
I haven't seen any such product on the market yet. I found this press release for a USB hub controller with USB 3.1 gen 2 support though.
