Uses for a pre-heating platform

I picked up one of these:
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Mini-preheat-station-200-200MM-Digital-constant-temperature-heating-platform-for-SMD-BGA-PCB-mobile-phone/32376908218.html
Seems to work exactly as advertised, which why I bought it was to preheat small boards that I'm reworking.
Given these are pretty common, I'm wonder what other people use them for? Possibly even reflow boards on them? (albeit there heat up time would be too slow.)

I've used a similar device (lab hot plate) for reflow soldering.
It used to be very popular, google skillet reflow:

For certain delicate parts it might work better than hot air (LEDs).

Mobile device repairers are the primary market I think. Pre-heating during reballing / reflow. Maybe also for heating the screen/digitizer adhesive for removal.
Aside from that, keeping your cup of tea hot maybe :-)

Actually works surprisingly well for that! It just happened to be the one flat clear area on my bench, and happened to be at about 100 degrees
