The angle grinder experiments in the beginning I have seen before, but check out the table saw video.
When I was experimenting with table saw and learning safety my experiment was just to throw wood ontop of it when i was standing off to the side to see the power. But he fixed a pipe to it and it is able to shoot a dowel so it goes through sheet metal and gets stuck in the ground to significant depth some where around 50 feet away.
I thought some of his videos were very irritating and stupid but I appreciate learning why not to be a slack ass with work practice.
I was thinking alot about the merits of owning a smaller table saw (like a proxxon) when a big one is available, and I think the answer is yes, for cutting smaller stuff safer.
also the chain saw angle grinder thing people make is just dumb. I wonder what would happen there if the chain broke and it decided to track the wheel. Good bye hands.
