I'm not exactly clear on what your requirements are:

Size: small / big / square / circular / > or < or =  x mm
Terminations: flying leads / PCB pins / connector
Voltage: "AC" driven type or DC
Sound: pulsed / chime / continuous

This company is a very good buzzer supplier.
They have very small piezo buzzers but you need to add external driver circuit!

I just checked about a dozen or so various 13 mm units out in the workshop and they are all continuous tone, the larger 33 mm beepers are available in either continuous or beeping tones and we get then from RPG and use them for door entry alert systems which incorporate latched or timed outputs anyway, this then lets us decide on the pulse rate and duration when using the constant tone units.

Anything you find that satisfies all those requirments will be more expensive than a raw piezo element in through hole form plus a cheap 6pin mcu.

That may or maynot matter.
