Which Metcal MX-500 tips for rework?

Just purchased a Metcal MX-500P, and looking for advice on the tips you guys find most useful for rework.

Depends on what you want to do.  I do very little smd soldering.  I have the following tips:

STTC-042
STTC-013
STTC-038
STTC-144
STTC-033

I also have a Thermaltronics tip, M60H178

These cover my personal needs-smd passives to PL-259s.  By the way, please don't double post, it annoys the moderators. ;)

Just to clarify, I was mainly wondering about tips people find useful by their own experience for removing components off boards.

BTW, my apologies for the double post. I have tried to delete the duplicate 10 seconds after it was made but the system did not allow me to delete it  :(.

Again, depends on what you are trying to do.  For TH, sometimes I just use flux and solder wick, sometimes I use a ZD-985 desoldering tool.  I have only ever removed smd passives and use the Talon tweezers I have for my Metcal.
