How can I increase the Vpk-pk of the output? I've tried to vary the voltage and the resistors but it still not enough to make it reach 5V and up. Hope you can help me again. Thanks

Your bypassed collector load looks suspect to get good swings. The Icc is about 7 mA, this is dropping a lot of voltage across the 1.5k bypass resistor. Consider making this a 220 ohm and up the value of the C from 5 pF to 50 pF.
