Chinese Step Attenuator

Has anyone purchased one of these? If so, how is performance?

I would use it in the 1-60 MHz range. Since it says it works at 2.5 GHZ, I would think performance would be excellent in the HF range. The only downside is it has N connectors. But those are required for the GHz range rating.
