Does anybody know the Yaesu FT-65R cable pinout?
« on: January 16, 2018, 05:45:34 am »
While most ham radio PC programming link cables are cheap usbserial-to-audio-plug adapters sold at markup, the SCU-35 cable used with Yaesu's new FT-65R handheld dual band radio is a bit of a mystery. Does anybody know its pinout and voltage, or whether there is another cable that will work?

This might work:

I've used their cable with my FT-60R successfully, but that was a different model cable.
