Not sure if this belongs in here or in the test gear section but as it's RF and my interest is for Ham Radio...
Has anyone laid hands on one of these units?
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/0-5Mhz-470Mhz-RF-Signal-Generator-Meter-Tester-For-FM-Radio-walkie-talkie-debug-/332167042350?hash=item4d56b2d52e:g:IPMAAOSwmgJY2kJg
It doesn't look like the usual AD PLL/VCO units as the ranges are wrong and it appears to have some sort of attenuator built in as well as offering FM modulation.
Would be very interested in opinions of anyone who has got or used one of these and if possible some idea of the internals of the unit?
