Hacked DPMR (like TYT MD-390)?

I search for hours but could not find anything.
Is there an Hacked dpmr (FTMA) who allow to hear anything who is unencrypted?

you want something like "open squelch" DMR mode. anytone AT-D868UV explicitly supports it with the standard firmware.

DMR uses AMBE+2. better audio quality than d-star.

The Problem with the different PMR446 dPMR Device is the are not compatible with each other.  :--
