Measurement of "Q"?

I am trying to build a better HF preselector for the cold long winter nights and am experimenting with different designs, it has been especially helpful shielding the two portions of it from one another.

I think I have a good design now, its very simple. Putting some flashing (with a hole in it) between the two sections seems to be the trick.
