Software fro scanning an TV Transponder?

Hi
I found some German Speaking Webpage who explain which Software is good to scan an Sat Transponder for Transmissions. There are some older Sat get used for TV Station to Transmit some Live contend from a remote Area.
I will buy an new TV Card and the should compatible with.
Does anyone know which Software can do that? I rember there was 3 of them. Sadly my Pc died this Summer and all my Stuff are gone.  :(

I dont want ask again but does anyone know with Software can make an Blind scan from an Transponder?

You are certainly talking about CrazyScan (https://sourceforge.net/projects/crazyscan/).

If you want to use this for satellite reception, use EBSPro (http://ebspro.net/). Again, as this uses the CrazyScan streamreader.dll, but has a nicer GUI and more DX related functionality.

You need compatible TV cards.
