Yaesu Ft-5200 and scanning problem

Hi. I have an FT-5200 dual band rig which is fine except, when scanning the memories it will not lock on M1 for P setting or 5 sec setting   if receiving a signal.

It locks on all the other channels if a signal is present.

Anyone else have this rig?
