Bioresonance device scam comment/analyze

These bio-resonance devices claim to scan your body and find whether there's something wrong just by holding one electrode in each hand.
Its a very serious medical scam, and "doctors" who use it charge a large amount of money for each visit. It is really growing in my country( i ve also seen it in other places) and when i talk about it to other people they seem to think i am narrow minded and cant see the scam.

I would love it if you could comment on the technical aspects of this device, so people learn what this truly is.
