Forum topic suggestion: Industry standards, test labs, approval agencies, etc.

One of a collection of topics that pops up occasionally has to do with industrial standards, the EMC and safety test labs that check products to those standards, approval agencies, and other related things.

I've found posts on these topics variously in "General", "Test Equipment", "Products, Designs, and Technical Stuff", etc.

Would it make sense to have a sub-forum specifically for these and related topics?
