I am suddenly being bombarded by Tapatalk app popups again, did you update/reinstall this annoyware? It refuses to believe i don't want to buy it and keeps bugging me

The "advertisements-in-every-message-ever" are from your phone, look into the settings in tapatalk and you will find signature, disable it or print a space. The popups about buying are not generated by the forum rather by tapatalk itself.

The tapatalk popup is part of the tapatalk compatibility plugin installed into the SMF software. It's this bit right here:

Here we go again. Every topic I click on when using my iPhone gives me the tapatalk popup. How to get rid of that?

I don't want and never will buy tapatalk. Browsing eevblog using the ordinary web interface works fine, or at least did work fine until all the tapatalk crap.

Yeah I got it on my phone the other day using the desktop version of the forum in Chrome.
