Lab economics

In Dave's recently-posted video about assembling shelves in the bunker he mentioned there was a video on his channel on another (non-Youtube) site talking about the economics of switching labs.  Can someone point me to the video?  I didn't recognize the site (I think it sounded like Library).  Thanks.

Aah, I guess that’s it.  The only video I can find on his LBRY channel that appears relevant is from April and he just barely touches on the economics.  The shelving video made it sound like there’s one with a lot of detail.  Any idea which one he’s referring to?  I searched on “lab” and “economics.”
