I would like to see a subforum where failures and risks could be discussed with the idea of preventing them. Both past failures, particularly of technology, and also future failures, for example, particularly stupid ideas that are going unchallenged in society.

For example, making society cashless (like they want to do in India and the US) when a solar storm (or nuclear EMP) could wipe out the grid for years, (or even longer if it caused a bunch of nuclear meltdowns as it would likely do), leaving billions of people without any way to buy food in the immediate aftermath.
