5in1 DSO8060 60Mhz Handheld Oscilloscope Multimeter Spectrum Analyzer Arbtrary

I found this whilst searching for something else on Ebay.  I'm not planning on buying one but out of interest has anyone actually bought one of these?  Anyone used one?  What can they be like with all those devices stuffed into a single box?

I remember in the early 90s getting a portable 10MHz scope which was absolute rubbish so always wary of stuff like that (I was comparing the 10MHz scope to a 100MHz Fluke digital storage scope which was a beast for it's time!)
