Analog Discovery 2 vs. Saleae Logic

I am trying to figure which is a better deal the Saleae Logic 8 or the new Analog Discovery 2.  I would probably get the National Instruments edition with Multisim. 

I have heard the software on the Saleae is good but it lacks some triggering functions.  Not sure how the software is in the new Analog Discovery 2. 

I am mostly using this device for a LA as I will be using an Agilent scope for analog debugging.  The analog discovery could be nice for quick jobs not at the bench though since its so small.

Anyway wondered what people thought.

The Saleae Logic 8 is a good logic analyzer, the Analog Discovery is like a Swiss army knife of electronic measurements.

The Analog Discovery Waveforms 2015 is good, but I cannot say I have used it that much as logic analyzer, I do believe the logic levels are locked on AD, and configurable on the Saleae. That would probably be the deciding factor for a logic analyzer.

Download the Waveforms software  and try it.

Define your "use cases" and then evaluate both devices using their data sheets.
