Seeking used insulation testers...

Hi all,

Seeking used, (battery powered, not hand crank) insulation testers... 
Specifically, units capable of placing 1kV, 2kV and 5kV DC on an isolated circuit [e.g., PV module strings] to check for leakage to equipment ground. 
I already have a tif IT990, and a Fluke 1507, but links/resources/recommendations for other products would be appreciated.
