hi guys,
I want to buy a power supply, select between DP832A and DP832. I have read many posts related DP832 in this BBS, but few mentioned the DP832A. So, I have a question, hope somebody can be provide more information for me. Thanks a lot!
The difference how much between DP832A and DP832(cracked all)?
Actually, I am most concerned about is whether DP832A has the same hardware issues?
Thanks again!

The DP832A is the essentially the DP832 with the precision option unlocked and a fancy color screen.
Therefore it is my feeling, that everyone should better save the money and buy the DP832. Especially since you can unlock the precision option for free, if you are RS323-so inclined.

Do not consider the price factor: The difference how much between DP832A and DP832(cracked all)?

I order the DP832 and after one month they just add more time for delivery and pay the extra for the DP832A that was available immediately.
Check video from Dave with respect to the latest version (temperature issue) that they don't supply you an old stock unit with problems.

Thanks!
I have seen a few video from Dave, Such as DP832 "introduction" "Bad design Investigation" "Followup", and "DP832 Firmware versions and bugs/issues" from Sparky.
I am most concerned about is whether DP832A has the same hardware issues?

The issues Dave discussed have been fixed for quite a while already. Just make sure when you buy your equipment you don't get some very old revision of the DP832 and you will be fine.
There is no reason to get the DP832A seeing as it costs a lot more and offers practicly nothing more (aside from the 0.001V resolution, witch can be enabled on the DP832 anyway). Some people even loathe the DP832A interface.
