Cloned EEVblog DMM - spoof
« on: November 07, 2017, 12:13:21 am »
I posted a while back a Chinese cloned EEVblog Bryman DMM.  I also posted two photos.
I am so sorry I forgot about it..I included two photos.

TRUTH, it was Dave's DMM. I had gotten to talking with Frankie and came up with the idea of spoofing everyone on this site and see who bit. The actual photos were Dave's Bryman DMM cloaked in a Red boot, a Chinese fake Fluke K type thermocouple,
and a Mastech pair to test leads.

I am guessing that Dave or a super  sued yanked it. I took to long to follow up and confess.
Sorry, it was all in fun

The thread is linked below, but looks an awful lot like spam due to the links you added to it. I sincerely hope it was a joke, because if it's an attempt to grab attention for commercial purposes, it is a great way of damaging your brand.

Hello

I just received my EEVBLOG-Bryman DMM. Looks to be a nice unit. However, what is that little magnetic string holder for, how does it work?

Thanks
