The connector looks like a direct fit. It is nickel plated.
Do you see any thermal EMF effects with this meter or is switched mode canceling them out effectively?
Currently I am using Pomona 5940 (
http://www.pomonaelectronics.com/pdf/d5940_100.pdf) with Keithley meters and that set seems to be excellent.
If thermal is no problem I am considering building a shrouded set to go from DIN 6 connector to banana plugs. This way I can measure standard resistors as well as use clips like Shock suggested.
I am also considering building low EMF binding posts right into the body of the LOM-510a meter, so I can use existing clips. Any reasons not to do that?
