Datron 1062 MT-5, different digital pcb?

I just repaired this datron 1062 mt-5 and was attempting to adjust the 5v rail according to the manual but by touching TP28, it reboots lol. This digital pcb is different than all other manuals I can find. Anyone know more about it? Is this part of the MT-5 package? I've since just found 5v elsewhere, just trying to learn more about this.
