Digitech QM1576
« on: November 14, 2018, 10:32:05 pm »
I have two Digitech multimeters, the QM1576 and QM1571
They have both decided to stop communicating with my laptop by not recognising the COM PORT. I have loaded the software onto a different laptop, but the same result.
Has anyone else had this issue and if so what was the resolution?

If this is a CEM based model, check that the COM port setting is not above 12. The Extech unit I have, which is really a CEM meter will not communicate with a COM port set above 12.

Kind regards
