Hi,
Just "repaired" a faulty 6643A... no display caused by a faulty GPIB board. Couldn't care less about computer control, so just bypassed it as per the service manual, and I got a nice PSU for next to nothing
It's early 2000 manufacture though, would it be advisable to replace the large electrolytics? It looks like it's had some use... the inside is full of dust.
Anyone can confirm if the part number for the clear plastic over the LCD is part number 1000-0842?
Also, what's 5188-4212? It's listed as a daughterboard, but I can't find it in the parts list... perhaps the binding post board?
Thanks!
