DS2000A - Cursor positions moved in saved screenshot!
« on: April 04, 2015, 10:15:59 am »
Hi there,

I own a DS2072A (Hardware 2.0, Firmware 03.03.SP1). When I set the cursor (X and Y, A and B) to a waveform on the scope and then save it as a picture to a USB-stick, the cursors on the saved picture file are not on the same position than on the scope screen !!! >:(
See attached files, one is the saved screenshot, the other is made with a camera as a "evidence".
On the scope screen, the cursor position doesn´t moved after the saving process!
It don´t matter what kind of waveform or what channel is used.

Has anyone a idea what is going wrong, or can verfiy this with his own scope?

If you save it with the orange print button, there is no such error.
Same here: MSO2302A, fw 03.03.SP1, hw 2.2
