Emerson / rosemount 375 battery charger pinouts

Hi everyone,

Wasn’t sure if this should go in repair or test equipment. Kinda fits in either category.

I bought a Emerson 375 Fieldbus communicator with no charger and I’m trying to get any information about the charger pinouts.

The pcb on the battery pack has a large potted section for Atex compliance, so I can’t trace down the pcb as much as I’d like. I’m also pretty sure the charger is just a power supply and the charging side of things is handled within the battery pack.


If someone has one of these that they can take some measurements on, that would be great.

The replacement chargers are around $600 from what I could find, hence asking here.
