I appreciate your feedback; however, I am not singular in performing the ALL CAPS headlines.  I will adjust according to your request as I like to keep the peace.  I actually prefer all CAPS in writing often as it is very clear.

I've known the owner personally for a few years now. It is a legit business owned by a competent guy.
