Sure, TL-21 (alligator clips) and TL-22 (tweezers) are useful. TL-23 is almost useless (I have not used it even once). Prices on ebay are a bit high right now, especially for the bulk meter with no accessories. Prices for a combination of the meter plus TL-21 and TL-22 should be between $90-110, usually to the high side of that. If you are patient, they will sometimes go on sale for the low side of that (or find one with the combination of accessories you want that has a Best Offer option).
