I would say

1: meter put in ohms tests, the dislay fluctuates
2: continuity test, he touch the leads ?

@djdanielb   your translation if it is : is hard to read and understand

Have you read the user manual to help you use the meter ?  ------------->    http://assets.fluke.com/manuals/11x_____umeng0200.pdf

Questions:

If you measure known values of resistances are the displayed values good ?

If you dont have anything connected on the leads sometime an multimeter will read some picked interferences on the leads, they act as antennas.

If you short them together, is the display gets to zero and stay at zero ?

The continuity test : on this meter if the resistance value are less than 20 ohms,  you will hear a beep

Ok I try to explain better

If I set in beep test ( short circuts ) and leave open the leads or i don’t plug it on multimeter
After few seconds it starts to buzzer and random value appear on display ( value that decrease from 900 ohm )

If display show OL  and wothout leads I put near the leads holes it starts to beep

I open the multimeter and seems that the metal shield near the “shunt” ( i’m not shure that it is a shunt)  is ok but if I put my hand near starts to beep

In ohm resistance the value are negative ( but probably becouse need to be recalibrate.

If I set DIOSE TEST works goods
