RS PRO / Siglent 1052DL+ stuck at boot logo.

Hello, same with me! It is the second time this has happened.
First time, I send it back to seller and they fixed the scope.
Since this is a normal behaviour for this type of device, I would like to be able to repair it all alone, without waiting several days (or weeks) for the seller.
Can I have this recovery package, please?

My Siglent 1052DL+ stays frozen at boot screen (SIGLENT splash screen).
Of course, I tried the "heart massage" on the MATH button, many times, but it does not help.

Can someone help by sending me the famous "USB recovery package" (that seems to be THE solution).

Hello everyone, after searching online I stumbled on this site.
I guess I have the same problem as you guys have, got a RS1052DL+ stuck on boot screen.
Tried multiple times the math button reset but haven’t worked.
Any kind soul could help me with the usb reset?

Hello to everybody

I'm happy to read that the problem with my oscilloscope has solution.

In my case, I have a RSDS 1152CML+ (150 MHz) and it is brozen showing a screen with the RS PRO logo. I've tried the solution of the "Math button" but it didn't work.

I read in the forum that there is the posibility of reinstalling the software via USB or somethink like it. Please, don't hesitate to contact me and send me the files to try to fix the oscilloscope.

Hello everybody, my SIGLENT SDS1202X-E (buy it in december 2023) start up fine but any control doesn't works, several minutes later is working again.
math button trick not work at all. Please help me. Thank you.

Yes, you need to have that fixed. Check local codes but TT system, at least.

I used this oscilloscope in other place with earth connection and happens the same.

Same issue with oscilloscope RS PRO RSDS 1072CML+ ! it stays in the RS Logo.
