   Unless you're going to go into commercial scale production it simply wouldn't be worth the effort. The 9010s are still available even if expensive. I keep three and I could have saved a lot more of them if I'm only known :-(   If you were going to produce them commercially you'd also need to produce the various pods since those are also getting very hard to find (read $$$!)  OTOH, if you were willing to redesign the circuits with modern ICs you could simplify it and reduce the chip count and costs dramatically. And replace that goofy mag tape with something a lot better!

  The 9010s are a hell of a machine!  I can see why they're steadily going UP in value. You can't say that very often for test equipment!

  PS just thinking about it.  If it were me, I'd reverse engineer the 9010 probe and try to build replacement ones. Those are almost impossible to find anymore.  I think the last one that I saw for sale was listed at $800!!!  And they're probably rather simple inside.

In attachment first try to reply the original schematic , compiling theres a lot errors , can contain errors if compared to original or symbols without packages assigned , not expert to design
PCB especially with power rails design , if anybody want help cheching , completing or design PCB even for fun then very welcome  :-+

Mainboard schematic completed and board component placed .
Missing some info:
what dual field transistor is Q1?
what about the transformer T2?
need to check for errors and transistor packages pin Q1..Q6 if are correct pinouts.

Checked for errors double compared to original scheme then all fine , still missing info about Q1 dual field transistor
placed an 2N3958 maybe similar or equivalent? board placed component , need to route nets and
power rails. (kicad 5 nightly build)

no relation at all , this my pcb is similar to the original except for the power supply , actually i'm working also to modify the display
instead VFD something modern than that

Nice Daxxin. Are you intending at any point to make a modern emulated version like Adam (onecircuit.com) was attempting or something like Ghetto Fluke 9010A?

I'd really consider building that emulator/usb combo... and a couple of pods. I'll have to see if
