Fluke 97 firmware update scopemeter Instrument Security Procedures

Hi folks!

I found document "Instrument Security Procedures for Fluke 9x Series ScopeMeter" which says - The operating code (instrument firmware) stored in D101-D102 on the A201 module can be read using special remote interface commands. Calibration constants stored in D101-D102 on the A201 module can be read using special remote interface commands.
May be someone knows these two special remote interface commands? I need to save both:instrument firmware and calibration constants from my Fluke 97.
