Free or open source scpi DMM graphing software?
« on: February 23, 2018, 10:00:54 am »
Hi,

I've been trying to find any decent graphing (online monitoring) software for digital multimeters, probably using scpi standard (like for agilent 34401a widely used kind).
Is there anything like this?

Privit :).
You can use EZGPIB or some numerous examples with python/vxi that talk SCPI to code simple apps to log data into CSV and then use plotting software of your choice.

Xie xie for the info!  8)

I know that it is possible to write it yourself, but thought there should be something simple "all-in-one" for such a widely used 34401 type dmm that many manufactures include in their multimeters as standard.
