H.P. to JEDEC numbers

I am looking for replacements for 2 HP diodes.
First:  0122-0105
Second:  0122-0106

Have been through all the H.P. JEDEC number charts I can find on line.

Those two numbers are just not in any of the charts that I can find.
Some help finding those two would be appreciated,

Hi Jay, the instrument is an HP-4271B.
I am having trouble setting C and L screen readings to zero on startup.
The trouble shooting procedures, in the manual, suggest changing diodes A10, A11 & A12.

Attached is a screen shot of the parts as listed in the service manual, and the schematic of part of the A12 board.
