HI everyone,
I need some help with this oscilloscope which  seems to have corrupted eeprom attached to Cypress microcontroller. Is there anyone who has or could do memory dump of this eeprom(24LC64)?

I've just ordered one 6074BC myself. If you tell me how to do the dump, I'd help.

Hi again,

the 6074BC is now here and with the RestoreIIC.exe tool I can connect to the Cypress chip. If you tell me how, I could get the memory dump.

Newtom can you run the lsusb -v command and show the result once connected the scope to the PC, without having run the software?
And another time after running the software?
