Bought subject supply due to very low budget, space constraint and needed 5A. So far seems to be working OK. Checked overshoot with soft start...none. But hard start has a lot. Now comming to problem..cannot communicate with PC. latest drivers for CP2101 are installed..shows COM4 in device manager (XP SP3). GUI from Hantek website does not work. It shows 'device connected' but in white lettering instead of red (should be red as shown on various screenshoots on net). All other buttons are greyed out. Tried reinstalling with no success. Any ideas?
