HP 4263A LCR Latest Firmware?

I'm starting a repair on an HP 4263A LCR Meter which displays "ADC Error" on boot. I have a new ADC to swap in, but want to rule out other faults first before doing that change. The B revision of the 4263 had multiple software updates to eliminate false ADC errors so it seems to make sense to make sure I'm on the latest firmware first.

Currently my meter has V 2.00 installed. Does anyone know what the latest is, or even better have an EEPROM image of it?

Heard back from Keysight, the latest is Rev 2.00. I'll post up a copy of my EEPROM here and upload it to xDevs.
