HP 437B Power meter analog movement stuck

I have a near perfect 437B which I'm thinking of selling, having upgrade recently.

The only problem is the darned analog meter.  Is there an easy way to un-stick it?  I haven't looked closely but does it get stuck on its own zero adjustment post?  (if it has one).
