LCR T4 query

I'm testing a diode, well it's a package of 2 - STV 3H is the part number, its old. I have 2, one gives the attached with a break between the 1 and the 2, but the correct forward voltage, the other, same voltage but no break. Obviously the meter has no instructions that address this, anyone know what this might mean?
