Linear scale of RCL bridge PM6302 Philips

Hi,
My bridge's scale does not want to work anymore: the teflon inner ring is broken, so the index ribbon does not flow freely over it. This is a very rare component. Does anyone know which dealer sells it?

Are you sure the ring is teflon?
A picture of the ring, a part number and a drawing would be helpfull.
