Rigol DSA 815 Spectrum Analyzer

When using the Rigol DSA 815, I occasionally receive error code 413 - Intermediate frequency signal out of range.

What does this mean?
What can I do to avoid the error?
Is there any damage being done to the DSA 815 or the DUT that I am working on?
