Looking for Adex AX-6040 LCR Meter datasheet or user manual

I had tried finding this Adex AX-6040 LCR meter for datasheet or user manual in the web with no luck.
Anyone happened to have this model datasheet or user manual or any similar model LCR meter ones for reference?
