Looking for service manual Fluke 99B Scopemeter Series II 100 MHz

I'm looking for service manual for the Fluke 99B Scopemeter, Series II 100 MHz. Google is not helping very much, got some hits but they are dead links. Seems a rare item. Not strange knowing the meter is ~20 years old. But you never know. Thanks!
