Hi!
I`m gonna make diy voltmeter&milliommeter just for fun
And I`m looking now for some decent input protection schematic
Any ideas?
also it may be interesting for peoples who wants to upgrade cheap DDMs

You can check Fluke's 83_85_87smeng0500.pdf doc (83, 85, 87 service manual) which contains a lot of schematics, ever with signal flows for every mode. It also have a short description about protection circuits in "theory of operation" section.
